Happy Monday! And it’s time for my (last Thursday) weigh in update.
For the weight in right after our Thanksgiving Eve meal, I’d say this isn’t bad! I wasn’t doing superbly over Thanksgiving, but have started up just fine right now. I am challenging myself to FULLY TRACK this week and see if it helps get me on the straight and narrow again. It’s hard to be 100% focused right after a holiday.
I have had an obsession with Brussels sprouts lately, and I think I might post a favorite recipe tomorrow. I can’t get enough of the stuff!
I also am very happy to note that I have gone down a size in Old Navy jeans! They’re not even tight… I’m definitely a perfect or even a small 16 in them. I really wanted a pair of Sweetheart skinny jeans to wear with my new boots, but unfortunately they don’t have them online (I wanted to take advantage of the cyber Monday deal.)
I am trying to celebrate my small victories without losing sight and getting off track! What are your favorite healthy recipes? Brussels sprouts have me re-invigorated in healthy foods!
