Sorry in advance for a short, boring, picture-less post.
B’s Aunt P was thoughtful enough to finance a little DATE NIGHT for us!!! She got us movie passes and a Bravo gift card. We planned to go to both on Sunday but Bravo (an Italian restaurant for those of you who don’t have them) was only serving Brunch on Sunday, so we did the movie then (J. Edgar- it was amazing!) and dinner tonight.
It’s been great spending time with B the last two days. He has a huge interview tomorrow! I asked him what to blog about tonight (since when I get rare time with him, I tend to put off all else, including blogging) and he said I should blog about his interview and ask for prayers for it. So ask I shall!
To be real with you all- Big Daddy could end up going anywhere. He has to do an internship for at least 10 weeks, May through July. It won’t be fun being apart from him completely for 10+ weeks, but it will help determine the path of his career so it’s worth it for the right opportunity. This interview tomorrow is HUGE- for a massive, well-known company in a wonderfully warm area. And if he gets it, and it goes well- we could be living there. Which means I could be “Awkward” somewhere else!
Keep Big Daddy in your thoughts this Tuesday! I hope we’ll be pointed in the right direction- what is meant to be will be. And then when all this school crap is over… I will finally get more date nights!
